Make sure it's realistic and achievable... which will also help make sure it's fun. If it's too big, you might find it hard to keep going because it will take too much time and energy to make it happen.

Do you have the space you need to do your challenge?

If you know the challenges in advance then you will be able to prepare for them - you can always ask your teacher, a parent, or friends for help.
2. Stick with it
We all find it difficult to stay motivated sometimes, but the more people who get involved, the easier it is. And this site has lots of tips and inspiration to help you remember why you're doing it and keep going.
3. Celebrate and share your success
Getting to the end of a challenge and having completed a challenge is something to be proud of - so celebrate. And while you're feeling good, why not sign up for another one?
